As Trainee Managing Partner at Blu & Maron, I played a pivotal role in brand positioning, sales strategy, and market expansion. By expanding the product catalog by 25%, optimizing sales operations, order fulfillment, and invoice tracking, and managing digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and targeted ad campaigns, I successfully enhanced brand visibility and customer engagement.
My contributions to Blu & Maron’s Selects, Originals, and Market Space strengthened the brand’s identity, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for both local and international markets. Through data-driven strategies and innovative marketing initiatives, I helped establish a strong digital presence, drive revenue growth, and position Blu & Maron as a competitive player in the industry.
Elevating Army IBA Savar’s Brand & Admission Outreach
As Communication Manager for Army IBA Savar, I led the undergraduate admissions campaign’s brand marketing, PR, and media strategy. This campaign was critical in enhancing visibility and driving enrollment for the prestigious institution. Facilitated a strategic partnership with Through ED Limited, collaborated with bKash for seamless application transactions, and secured press coverage for Army IBA Savar. In addition, I managed media buying, campaign performance tracking, content production, team leadership, and media relations.
As a result of the campaign’s exceptional performance, I earned formal recognition from the Director General, Major General Mohammad Qamruzzaman, who acknowledged my contributions for exceeding expectations. This recognition validated my efforts and highlighted the power of strategic communications in achieving organizational goals.
Launching “Amar Bangladesh by Odd Signature” – A Tribute to the Nation
In 2021, as Brand Marketing & Communications Manager for ODD Signature (2M+ listeners), I spearheaded the Brand Strategy & Marketing for Amar Bangladesh, a monumental musical tribute marking Bangladesh’s 50th Victory Anniversary. This project was more than just a song; it was a storytelling-driven campaign designed to evoke national pride and foster cultural resonance.
From digital branding (IMDb, song profiling) to sponsorship acquisition, creative direction, and PR, crafted a strategic roadmap that amplified the song’s reach and impact. The launch was a resounding success, garnering widespread media attention and audience engagement. Through compelling brand storytelling, integrated marketing, and digital amplification, Amar Bangladesh became more than just a musical release—it became a symbol of cultural heritage and national celebration, reinforcing how branding and communication can shape and elevate national narratives.
Expanding the Global Reach of Quiz Mania 7 – An International TV Show
As a Sales & Marketing Intern of Quiz Mania 7 Worldwide at Accretive Media PTV Ltd, I played a key role in executing corporate meetings, marketing campaigns, and brand growth strategies to enhance the show’s international presence. My contributions were instrumental in enhancing brand visibility and strengthening strategic partnerships across South Asia. I identified cross-marketing opportunities, supported partnership formations, and assisted in sales performance reviews, ensuring the show maximized its reach and engagement. Additionally, I conducted in-depth market research, analyzed audience insights, and created daily client reports, which informed decision-making for marketing strategies.

As Project Manager Army IBA Sylhet, I led the branding, marketing, media relations, and digital strategy for the “JoinArmyIBA.Com” admissions portal, enhancing its digital presence. Consulted on brand positioning, collaborated with Nagad for secure payment integration, and secured press coverage in 56 newspapers within a week. Overseeing website development and cross-functional teams, including creative, payment, and call center operations, ensured a seamless user experience and impactful communication strategy.

As the President of the Army IBA Career Enhancement Club, I had the honor of leading “The Career Boost”, a transformative workshop focused on CV and LinkedIn optimization, featuring Major Sirajus Salekin (Retd.), CEO of DARAPANA DIGITAL ACADEMY, who shared his 14 years of military experience and global industry expertise with our students. His insights on personal branding, career development, and leveraging digital platforms were invaluable, offering actionable strategies for standing out in today’s competitive job market.
The workshop equipped participants with the tools they need to craft standout CVs, optimize their LinkedIn profiles, and ultimately attract career opportunities. The session was graced by Professor Maj Gen Mohammad Quamruzzaman, Director General of Army IBA, and esteemed faculty members, whose presence further emphasized the event’s significance.
This session reinforced our mission to equip future professionals with essential career skills. Needle Innovation Challenge x Army IBA: Empowering Women & Innovating Bangladesh’s RMG Sector
On July 26, 2023, I had the privilege of leading the collaboration between the Army IBA Career Enhancement Club and Build Bangladesh to host the Needle Innovation Challenge, a groundbreaking initiative focused on empowering women and fostering innovation in Bangladesh’s Ready-Made Garments (RMG) sector. The event welcomed 120+ participants, including students, faculty, and industry professionals, with distinguished guests such as Professor Maj Gen Mohammad Quamruzzaman (Retd.), Maj Syed Seajul Huque (Retd.), and Jinia Afroz Sharmin.
The seminar explored sustainability, technological advancements, and gender inclusivity, sparking insightful discussions on reshaping the industry. Special awards were presented to five outstanding participants, and certificates of appreciation were given to expert speakers, including BM Banjir and Aninda Jatirmay, for their valuable contributions.
This initiative highlighted the immense potential of Bangladesh’s RMG sector, reinforcing the need for collaboration and innovation to create a more sustainable and inclusive future.

BIG 2023 Activation Campaign: Igniting Innovation & Entrepreneurship
The Bangabandhu Innovation Grant (BIG) 2023 Activation Campaign at the Institute of Modern Languages, University of Dhaka, was an engaging and inspiring session that highlighted the immense potential of innovation and entrepreneurship in Bangladesh. The event provided a platform to explore groundbreaking ideas and encourage visionary thinkers to bring their solutions to life.
As representatives of the Army IBA Career Enhancement Club, we were honored to be part of this initiative, hosted by the Innovation Design and Entrepreneurship Academy (iDEA) project of the Bangladesh Computer Council under the ICT Division. The session shed light on the BDT 1 Crore grand prize and BDT 10 Lac grants for the top 50 startups, emphasizing the significance of financial and institutional support in fostering entrepreneurship.

Industrial Visit to Ha-Meem Group: A Comprehensive Learning Experience
On August 1, 2022, I had the privilege of participating in an industrial visit to Ha-Meem Group, one of Bangladesh’s leading garment manufacturers, organized by Army Institute of Business Administration (Army IBA), Savar. This visit proved to be an exceptional learning experience, offering firsthand exposure to key aspects of the textile industry.
Throughout the visit, I gained invaluable insights into the various phases of textile production, including weaving, spinning, dyeing, and finishing. Ha-Meem Group also demonstrated its advanced supply chain management processes, quality control measures, and impressive sustainability practices that are vital to the success of the industry.
What made this visit even more special was the opportunity to engage directly with workers and managers across different departments. These interactions gave me a clearer understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in running a large-scale manufacturing operation. I also had the chance to learn about Ha-Meem Group’s journey, its growth trajectory, and their future plans, which were incredibly motivating and inspiring. This visit was a valuable experience that not only expanded my understanding of the textile industry but also deepened my appreciation for the complexity of manufacturing operations.

Connecting Classrooms III – Fostering Global Collaboration in Education
The Connecting Classrooms III project, a flagship global education program by the British Council in partnership with the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, has successfully empowered young people with the skills needed for a globalized world. Launched in 2009, this initiative has supported 3,000 teachers and 600 school leaders in Bangladesh, enhancing education and preparing students for the future.
In 2015, the program reached new heights with a dynamic exchange between students and educators from the UK and Bangladesh. Key participants like Abbey Tonkinso, Aran Hendren, and Gill Bushell visited Government Laboratory High School, fostering cross-cultural learning and inspiring both Bangladeshi and UK students. This exchange deepened global connections and highlighted the power of international collaboration in education.
Through initiatives like this, Connecting Classrooms III successfully strengthened international ties, equipped educators, and inspired students, reinforcing the program’s lasting impact on global education.

Careerist On Air, an initiative by Army IBA Career Enhancement Club, serves as a premier platform connecting students with industry professionals from around the world. This series aims to provide insightful discussions on key career topics, offering students a deeper understanding of global career trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Session 1: Effective Business Negotiation – Led by Mr. Warren Green, CEO of Green Jeans (Montreal, Canada), this session explored strategies for navigating complex business negotiations, providing invaluable lessons for students aspiring to excel in the corporate world.

Bridging Cultures Through Language with Alliance Française de Dhaka
Learning a language is more than just mastering vocabulary and grammar—it’s an immersive experience that opens doors to new cultures, perspectives, and opportunities. As I advance through my Diploma in Étude de Langue Française (B1.4) at Alliance Française de Dhaka, this journey has been a transformative experience, equipping me with both linguistic proficiency and cross-cultural awareness.
Engaging with diverse learners and native speakers, I have immersed myself in interactive workshops, cultural events, and conversation clubs, refining my ability to communicate effectively in French. Beyond structured learning, participating in French rehearsals, role-playing exercises, and collaborative projects has strengthened my fluency, confidence, and adaptability in real-world scenarios.
